Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open RURU Astrology and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

This permanently deletes your data (listed below) and then your sign-in, and cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer open the app, email our customer care team at customercare@ruruastro.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my RURU account". We will delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile (name, photo, phone number if you added one).
• Your birth profiles and the family and friends profiles you saved.
• Your posts, comments, ratings, check-ins, temple visits and uploaded photos, your friend links, and the messages you sent in chats and groups (other people's own messages stay with them).
• Your points, streak and leaderboard entry.

What may be kept

• Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records held by Google Play.
• Reports about abuse that were made against an account, for safety.
• Anonymous error reports that do not identify you.
